Design includes a deep cake tin with a loose bottom made entirely with 1.2 mm heavy duty black iron. The base can easily be removed to release the contents.
- Iron cookware is very tough and suitable for use with all ovens, including the AGA at high oven temperatures
- Durable 99.1% pure spun iron tin with a Netherton branded brass rivet
- No chemicals or PTFE have been used to create the coating for the dish
- Pre-coated with a light application of edible Sussex flax oil for immediate use
- Coating can be re-applied when required

Care Instructions
Cleaning:
Hand wash only – not suitable for dishwashers.
Clean immediately with a gentle wipe after use and if necessary a little hot soapy water, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
Do not leave soaking in water.
Do not immerse in cold water
Regularly protect blade with a light application of edible flax oil.
